To cancel your subscription, the process is straightforward: simply send us an email requesting the termination of your subscription.


Here are the possibilities:

  1. If the renewal date has not yet been reached and no renewal invoice has been generated In this case, you only need to inform us in writing (by email to info@corporate.be) of your wish to cancel the subscription. We will then stop the automatic billing and prevent the renewal of your subscription on the due date.

  2. If the renewal date has not yet been reached but a renewal invoice has already been generated and sent You will still need to send us an email (info@corporate.be) to confirm the cancellation of your subscription. A credit note to cancel the existing renewal invoice can still be issued, provided the request is made before the subscription due date.

  3. After the subscription due date, the renewal invoice is due and payable. However, you may still cancel the subscription for the next renewal by following the procedure in point A. above.

Important note: Payment of any invoice automatically extends your subscription by one year. No refunds are possible for any invoice that has already been paid.
